Frequently asked questions
What's included in a Zap Holidays package?
Most packages include hotel stays with breakfast, airport or railway transfers, sightseeing by private cab, and the activities listed. Flights, visas, travel insurance and extra meals can be added. Your quote lists exactly what's included and what isn't.
Are flights included in the price?
Package prices shown are for land arrangements unless stated. We can add flights from Delhi or any other city and send you a combined price.
How do I pay? Is EMI available?
You can confirm most holidays with an advance and pay the balance before travel. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking. EMI options are available on eligible cards. Payment terms are shared in writing before you book.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We assist with tourist visas for Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Schengen countries and more, including document checklists and filing support. The visa decision rests with the embassy or immigration authority.
Are GST and TCS extra?
GST applies to tour packages as per government rules, and TCS is collected on international tour packages as required under the Income Tax Act. Your quote shows these amounts clearly, and TCS can be claimed against your income tax.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. Charges depend on the hotel, airline and supplier policies for your booking, and we explain them before you pay. See our Terms & Conditions.
