Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to all enquiries and bookings made with Zap Holidays Private Limited ("Zap Holidays", "we", "us"), New Delhi, through zapholidays.com, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Please read them before you book.

1. Our role

Zap Holidays arranges holiday packages and travel services such as hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, visas and insurance, provided by independent suppliers. Each supplier's own terms also apply to their services.

2. Prices and quotes

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance payment and send a written confirmation. The balance must be paid by the due date in your confirmation, or the booking may be cancelled under the cancellation policy. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and bank transfer. Please pay only to accounts in the name of Zap Holidays Private Limited.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to support@zapholidays.com. Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the hotel, airline and supplier policies in your booking; the charges are shared with your quote. Non-refundable items such as some airfares, visa fees and peak-season hotel rates cannot be refunded. Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method after suppliers release the funds.

5. Changes

Changes to dates, names or hotels depend on availability and may cost extra. If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we will offer an alternative of similar standard or refund the unused amount received from the supplier.

6. Travel documents and visas

You are responsible for carrying valid ID (and a passport valid for at least 6 months for international travel), visas and any health documents required. We help with visa applications, but approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy or immigration authority, and visa fees are non-refundable.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation and baggage, especially for international trips.

8. Liability

We take care in arranging your holiday but are not liable for acts or omissions of independent suppliers, or for delays, losses or changes caused by weather, natural calamities, strikes, government action, flight cancellations or other events beyond our control.

9. Complaints

If something goes wrong during your trip, tell us immediately on +91 93181 81883 so we can try to fix it on the spot. Any complaint after your return should be emailed to support@zapholidays.com within 15 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
